London Fashion Week wrapped up this week, leaving behind not only some seriously cool sartorial trends, but fashion week hair trends you can actually try now. We asked Tom and Lidia at our Brixton salon to pick their favourites, all of which they’ll be offering as appointments at the salon.

THE FULL FRINGE

From the extra long, curly styles at J.W. Anderson to super short blunt cuts at House of Holland and Mimi Wade – SS17 is all about the fringe. Plus, it’s the easiest  (and least drastic) way to transform your everyday haircut.

THE BLOCK COLOUR

Summer might be over weather-wise, but the SS17 shows have inspired us to stick to a super bright summer colour scheme when it comes to hair. We spotted candy pink and orange washes at Marques’Almeida, shades of sea green (expertly matched to the clothes) at Roberta Einer and extremes ranging from fiery red to bleached-out blonde at Dilara Finikoglu. Not ready to brave an all-over colour permanently? Try a wash-out shade at one of our salons first.

THE NEW BRAIDS

Braids have been big news all year and if this season’s shows are anything to go by, they’re here to stay. Our favourites are a pretty pair of Emilia Wickstead-inspired French plaits or slicked back braided bunches as spotted on the Simone Rocha SS17 models.
